The annual European Travel Buyer Awards has quickly established itself as the highlight of the calendar year for the business travel buyer community. Now in its fourth year the event has trebled in size and 300 travel buyers are expected to gather and recognise their peers for the great work they do in their travel programmes.
The Awards evening on 6 February is like no other industry awards; highlights for sponsors include:
• The opportunity to network with and celebrate the successes of your
customers and potential clients, rather than your competitors.
• The opportunity to raise your company profile in front of an audience
made up of buyers from multinational organisations who are responsible for multi-million euro national, pan-European and global travel programmes.
• Sponsors will receive a list of buyers sitting on their table(s) in advance.
• Supplier places are closely monitored to ensure the right proportions of buyers versus suppliers; 75% of the audience are buyers.

Discipline Category Awards Sponsor
Pre-Awards brand awareness:
- Your company logo will appear on all European Travel Buyer Awards promotional material including the website, email shots and call for entry/nomination flyers.
At the Awards:
- Your company logo will appear on the Awards programme, tickets, on signage throughout the venue, on-screen during the Awards show-opener and in relation to your sponsored category, during dinner, and after the awards.

You will receive an invitation for two company representatives to the Awards drinks reception.

You will have a table of ten at the Awards Dinner, comprising two company representatives and eight buyers. The eight buyers will be pre-selected by the European Travel Buyer Awards Team.

A representative from your company will be able to present the winner’s trophy on stage.

Your company name will be on the trophy presented to the winners of your sponsored category.
Post Awards:
- Your company logo and short profile will feature in the Awards Digital Publication
- You will receive the Awards logo to use on all your promotional material
National Category Awards Sponsor
- National Travel Buyer of the Year
- Outstanding National Travel Coordinator / Booker of the Year
For 2012 the awards will emphasise the strength of pan European
involvement by awarding country specific winners in this category, where
possible. As a consequence this sponsorship includes the sponsorship of
both National Travel Buyer of the Year & National Travel Booker of
the Year for each country where relevant.
