  	I have more than 20 years of experience with Travel Procurement and Category Management, both as a client and as supplier. Extensive global experience in consolidation, optimisation, cost savings, demand management, RFP’s, negotiation, change management, SRM etc. Danish national, 47 years old, currently living in Denmark after a decade living in different countries.

• Siri Persson, Travel Manager, Logica

  	Siri Persson, travel manager at the IT company Logica, I am the 2011 winner of the European Travel Buyer Awards “ Best Use of Technology in a Travel Programme” award. This year I will contribute to the award with participation in the jury.

• Elaine Winterbottom, Head of Strategy, Property and Facilities, Eversheds

  Elaine is responsible for the strategic development of property and facilities services within Eversheds LLP, which has over 30 offices in the UK and overseas. She manages travel services both within the UK and international offices, and leads the team which won the ETB European Travel Team award in 2011. Elaine introduced on line booking for rail, hotels and European flights, achieving 100% compliance on rail, and savings in excess of £1 million in the first year of operation. The team’s holistic approach to CSR initiatives in travel was rewarded with the 2011 ETB CSR award.

• Minna Tuorila, Commercial Director, Finland Travel Bureau/ FTBA rep

  Minna has worked within the travel industry throughout of her career. Over the last 20 years she has had various roles and gained vast experience in Leisure Travel, Corporate Travel, Account Management, Sales and Business Development. For the past 3 years Minna has been working as Commercial Director in Finland Travel Bureau the Finnish Partner of American Express Business Travel. Minna has worked with local, multinational and global customers on various service platforms. She has worked with CRM projects in several companies, which makes her a real professional in Customer Orientation. Focused on developing long term strategic plans with clients, Minna’s key skills include communication, relationship building, problem solving and identification of solutions.

• Jan Henrik Ulvatne, General Manager, NTBA

   

  Jan Henrik Ulvatne has been working as General Manager for NBTA since March 2011. Prior to this position, he was a member on the NBTA Board for 4 years. He is also holding the position as Vice Chair in GBTA Europe Advocacy Group. Most of Jan Henrik's experience from the travel trade is with airlines, TMCs and hotels. In recent years, he has worked as a Regional Director of Sales/Key Account Director for First Hotels, Head of Client Management at HRG where he also held other positions. In addition, Jan Henrik worked for airlines, such as SAS and Swissair. In total, he has 15 years experience within the travel industry.

• Yann Le Goff - Sourcing Director – Indirect materials operations & services, SIDEL

  Yann Le Goff, NBTA Europe advisiory board member and AFTM (French Travel Manager Association) steering committee member has been responsible for travel & mobility management at Sidel since January 2008. He started his career as a pilot of business aircraft, after which he dropped the flight controls for a sales and marketing function in aviation, before moving to Sidel in sales and then in purchasing. After having spent 10 years in global and strategic sourcing, he has taught purchasing strategy at Le Havre University now for 5 years and provided the NBTA Europe CTE training in France since a year.

• Robbie Hughes, Manager -Travel & Expense, EMEA, Salesforce.com

  Robbie has been in the Travel industry since 1975, starting at American Express where he spent 21 years working his way up to a number of managerial positions throughout the organization. In 2000 he joined Cisco Systems with responsibility for their Travel and Expense program across EMEA .After a 6 year tenure he then joined the Oracle Corporation assuming the role of EMEA Travel Manager and latterly managing their Airline procurement strategy across the region. In 2010 Robbie became the EMEA Travel and Expense Program Manager at Salesforce.com where he has responsibility for Operations, Service Delivery and Procurement. He holds a master certification in Project Management

• John O'Hagan, Senior Vice President, Diners Club International

  	John has been in the industry for over 37 years currently Head of Corporate Business Development for the Diners Club International (DCI) EMEA Region where he has been for 13 years. Previously with American Express in a number of Senior roles and Qantas in Scotland in a Sales and Marketing role. .

  
  

• Dennis Bailey , Owner, Denovo Management

  Dennis is a Business Travel “veteran” with over 18 years experience running multimillion dollar corporate travel programmes on a global basis. He spent the last few years of his corporate life working for Fiat as Travel & Purchasing Manager, and prior to that, the Ford Motor Company. In 2007 he formed his own business, DeNovo Management Ltd, which offers independent pro-active Sourcing and Operations consulting and interim solutions to companies of all sizes.

• Keith Coleman, Senior Procurement Manager, Friends Provident

  
  

  Keith Coleman joined FriendsLife (formally Friends Provident) in 2007 after having spent some time in public sector procurement working for a health care regulator. Prior to this, in a career spanning 15 years, he held several roles in Barclays Bank including Corporate Governance, Change Management and Strategic Sourcing. Playing a key role in Friends life’s group wide programme for emissions reduction, he collected the award for Best Green Initiative in a Travel Programme in 2010. Following the recent acquisitions of AXA Sun life Services and Bupa Health Assurance by Resolution, Keith is leading the contractual integration workstream which will bring together the rich heritage of the three businesses under one banner “Friends Life”.

  
  

• Jafles Pacheco, Head of Global Travel and Global Commodity Manager for HR and Professional Services, Oerlikon

  Jafles managed the European travel spend and acted as Global Transition Manager for Travel Services for a world leading company in the food industry. Today, as Head of Global Travel and Global Commodity Manager for HR and Professional Services at Oerlikon, his main focus is to manage the Global volume in his portfolio of spend categories through a network of local champions located in the various countries where Oerlikon is present. Jafles is 37 years old, married and national of Brazil and Germany. He is located near Zurich, Switzerland.

• Oscar Garcia, Partner, Forum Business Travel

  His entrance to the industry was his Tourism degree in Madrid. After that, he moved to the United Kingdom to study a Master's degree in Tourism Management, which and followed by an MBA. During this period, Oscar worked for one of the leading UK Touroperators. Once back in Spain, he carried out a number of Commercial and Account management roles for BCD Travel. Four years ago, he decided to explore an entrepreneurial opportunity and was hired by the Spanish Travel Managers Association to drive the development of the association. Lately, Oscar has entered into the education field becoming the Head of Studies in the course "Professional Expert in Business Travel" given by the Spanish Open University (UNED) and launching a new private educational project outside any association, called Forum Business Travel
